Thus was born "the Sicilian Cannolo chocolate glassed".
Since all the speciality requires a particulary and a certain accuracy that is not so simple to realize.
Dolcidea Siciliana decided to develop a product with traditional quality but highly professional results.
These prerogatives has stimulated us to create a machine to glass the "cannoli", a small and simple system that
allows us to produce a large number of cuts in short time and get a thick glass and uniform for all the inside surface of Cannolo.
